Become an Environmental Leader!

Are you passionate about the environment and eager to share your ideas with others? Do you want to develop leadership skills to drive lasting environmental change?

 When you join AYUSA World Leaders you are taking your first step towards becoming a global leader for environmental change!

Spend 3 weeks this summer with other high school students from around the world exploring Climate Change and Global Warming and developing actionable solutions to the global environmental crisis. You will visit with local environmental experts, work with UC Berkeley professors and develop the leadership skills necessary to make environmental change a reality on a global level. Specifically students will:
  • Develop an environmental solution to launch in their local community
  • Present their project to California government officials in Sacramento
  • Experience collegiate life with students from around the world
  • Meet Admissions Officers from the University of California at Berkeley
  • Stand out from other students in their college applications

AYUSA Global Youth Exchange is a non-profit organization founded in 1980. AYUSA provides U.S. Department of State sponsored programs and exchange opportunities to students from around the world with the aim of empowering, inspiring and preparing students to become future leaders on the global stage.
