Joint and Accredited Programs
TRU partners with institutions inside and outside of Canada for the delivery of collaborative, linked programs. These programs give students new opportunities to complete part or all of a TRU program in their home countries and/or to have a clearly defined pathway to study at the TRU campus in Kamloops.

TRU has been active in the offshore delivery of academic programs for over 15 years. There are currently more than 1,000 students enrolled in TRU programs delivered at partner-institutions in China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The programming areas include Business, Applied Computing Technology, and Tourism Management. All of these programs are based on an accreditation model where TRU works with the accredited partner-institutions to deliver TRU programs in the partners' home countries.

The university also partners with high schools, English language schools, and colleges within Canada. These in-Canada linkages create new pathways for qualified students to complete their preparatory studies and then transfer smoothly to university studies at TRU.
